You’re sure of what you’re doing
You are certainly the right person to have around when the stakes are high. You’re sure of what you are doing and like to get involved in everything that happens around you. For example, if your department at work had to be completely restructured, you would want to be involved in the reorganisation process in order to make a good impression with the powers-that-be – or even to secure a better position for yourself. In a similar situation, a less confident person would probably be unnerved by the changes to come or fear redundancy or perhaps the redefinition of their position. However, be careful not to show too much confidence in yourself or to overestimate your abilities, as this might lead you to take unnecessary risks, or to be seen as arrogant or smug by the people close to you. Remember that success is earned, not ordered.
