Ik ben het overigens helemaal met Wout's reactie eens. We hebben gesolliciteerd wetende dat het een vrijwillige functie is. Ik ben ook realistisch genoeg om in te zien dat Solovey boven mij staat betreft kwaliteit en hoeveelheid en dat ze dit oprecht verdient. Ze heeft veel voor VP betekent en designed ontzettend veel. Ik ben echt super blij voor haar.

Ja, maar Solovey heeft ook gesolliciteerd naar een vrijwillige functie, ik vind het dan raar dat alleen omdat ze beter is (I don't see it, voor mij zijn alle setjes hetzelfde maar goed haha) dan echt een baan krijgt (dus ook waarschijnlijk veel verdient). Het is vrijwilligerswerk. Dat is net als je vrijwilliger bent in een asiel maar iemand die er net wat vaker is of net meer met de dieren klikt opeens een baan krijgt. Toen ze zich aanmeldde als D wist ze dat het vrijwillig was. Ik ben overigens ontzettend tegen dat jullie het voor niets doen, dat weet je, maar 1 wel en de ander niet alleen omdat ze iets beter blijkbaar is, vind ik erg gek.
Had toch ook kunnen zijn dat voor elk item je maakt credits krijgt of iets? Dan zou Solovey nog steeds meer krijgen als ze meer maakt.

Maar Eve is zo uitzonderlijk goed en daarom heeft ze een baan nu, dat betekent dat ze waarschijnlijk ook een contract heeft en zo. Ik weet zeker dat Eve hier ook niet op rekende en gesolliciteerd heeft omdat ze het leuk vindt. Het is logisch dat ze het aanbod aanneemt en ze verdient het ook echt. In mijn ogen is het verschil ook duidelijk.

En dat met credits lijkt me aardig lastig, maar we krijgen sowieso als Designers best wat beloningen en nu dat met de creditsets. We doen het niet helemaal voor niets.

Ik zeg ook niet dat het Eve haar fout is, ik had het ook aangenomen believe me
ik zeg dat het raar is van Kaj iemand veel geld heeft en de rest niet omdat ze dus beter is terwijl de rest ook kei hard werkt. Ja hij verdient het meeste door Eve maar hij verdient ook door jullie.
Waarom zou je geld moeten krijgen als je ergens wat beter in bent? Wout is ook vet goed in lay out en shit maken voor CT en die krijgt ook niks?

i agree on this! i love solovey and she is absolutely amazing. its a good thing she will get paid cuz all of her designs are adorable! and i agree that other designers should get paid after the amount of designs they make but hey, well see what the future brings right?? (sorry if i made some mistakes in my crappy English)

I as a designer am really happy that Solovey gets paid and to be honest I don't mind I don't. I'm realistic and I see that Solovey is on a higher level than me. She designs more, the quality is better... I think she really deserves it.

I appreciate that people think about the other designers, but for me it isn't necessary. And I know for Sangster it's the same. We just understand it.

(my english is so bad meh)

But it's of course okay to give your opinion, but the people who bash Solovey... ugh
I really hate that, it makes me really angry because they could give there opinion but stay respectful.

Oh you're here, was trying to tag you in the english server.
Could you release more solovey sets on the english server?
For now there's over 20 sol sets which is used here on the dutch server but not on the english one and I need them all!
