With the extra key I got from Teddy, I opened the door to Teddy's house. We were the best-est of friends you could find, that's why I got his house key. 'Teddy, I'm here! Sorry I'm late... again... I couldn't find the key though, so not completely my fault!' I said while laughing, loud enough for Teddy to hear. We had a game date, like we had some times before, but now, now I was more nerves then ever! In the past few months I began to like Teddy and not like friend, but like like, as in love. No, no... he didn't like me like that, so I should stop thinking about him in that way.
With my shoes put away in the hallway, I walked in the living room, smiling happily at Teddy. Damn, he was as handsome as always.

About half an hour before Billy was supposed to be here, I had already started preparing some things. Some simple things like snacks and drinks and – of course – games. It took me ages to pick the perfect one, but I think I did quite a good job in the end. Ten minutes before I thought Billy would come, I was all set. I was feeling a little nervous, to be honest, which was rather new. Why in heaven’s name would one be nervous for just a game date with just a friend? Every couple of minutes – no, scratch that – seconds I looked up at the clock. My mum had been gone for a couple of hours now and I was starting to get a little bored, even though I was excited for Billy to get here at the same time. When the clock told me it was five minutes past the put-up time, I couldn’t help but chuckle. I grabbed the control remote from where it was laying next to me on the couch. Still pretty bored, I zapped through the channels, trying to find something a little interesting. When I – finally – heard how the lock got opened by the spare key I had given Billy ages ago. ‘Teddy, I’m here! Sorry I'm late... again... I couldn't find the key though, so not completely my fault!' I laughed with him and turned the television off, not bothering to get off my lazy ass. ‘That’s okay, don’t worry ‘bout it. I’m used to it by now,’ I jokingly said, while patting on the spot next to me, urging him to come sit with me.
