Naam: Creon Horatio Duchannes
Leeftijd: 17

Cool anime guy with wings.

"It's really important so behave well. Act like the prince you are," the woman said again. How many times was she supposed to say it? You would say that even thís boy would get it after ten times but no, let's make it fifty times to make sure he get's it! Not that you could also say he would behave well. He would probably try it but in his situation 'behave well' wasn't always as easy as you might expect. Still, he was always one piece of confidence: the splendid smile on his face in combination with his sparkling eyes said enough and then you also had his arrogant manner. He just knew he was great and he wasn't even trying to hide it. Modesty was probably a word he never heard off. The woman was the opposite. She had the same gorgeous eyes and her hair the same blond colour as the boy but she radiated concern instead of confidence. You couldn't blame her for it because he was her 'little boy'. Okay, the boy was already 18 years old but he would always be her little boy even though it started to get annoying for the boy himself. The irritation in his voice wasn't very surprising because of that. "Everything's gonna be fine. Don't worry." "I'm not worried. I just want to be sure everything is going to be perfect. This will probably be the most important thing in our life.." There was that word again, 'important'. "They can be here every minute so we better hurry to your father," the woman said and the boy followed her obediently to the big hall where father was already waiting for the guests.

Creon stared through the window of the plane, just like he’d been doing for about an hour now. He was bored out of his mind, though didn’t let it show. He was raised to always be a good boy, listening to everything anyone said to him and never talk back, and so he did. ‘Creon,’ the woman sitting opposite of him said. ‘Yes, mother,’ the white haired boy answered, sounding patient as ever. ‘We’re about to arrive. Come here, I’ll fix your shirt.’ Even though he was perfectly capable of fixing his own blouse, he silently got up and walked over to her. He was trying hard not to tap with his foot on the floor and gladly succeeded. ‘Sit down, now, you’re father will be here any moment.’ Without saying a word, Creon walked back to his spot and sat down. As his mother had said, his father walked in the separate area on the plane. ‘Are we all ready for this? Do you know what to do and what not to do?’ the man said, looking empathically to Creon, though he was probably the well mannered of the four of them. ‘Yes, father, I do,’ he said, again trying not to sound bored and annoyed, again succeeding, as his father smiled at him. Creon shot a tiny smile back, before returning his gaze on the landscapes below them. Soon they started the landing and finished their travel by car. Creon had always been a rather silent, restrained boy, but that travel beat everything. He wasn’t exceptionally nervous, he just didn’t want to disappoint his parents. He realised how important this trip was and if he’d screw things up, he’d never hear the end of it. ‘Are we there, yet?’ was the first thing he said during the car trip. ‘We are, young master,’ the driver reassured him. Creon hated when people called him such titles, but, of course, didn’t tell anyone to stop. It would be downright rude. After a little while of silent driving, the small family arrived at the castle of their hosts. They got out of the car and Creon couldn’t help but stare a bit at the huge mansion in front of him. It was bigger than theirs, though the garden didn’t look at gorgeous. Because of the distraction, he didn’t realise the hosts standing by the giant doors.

It didn't take long before the guests arrived: A woman and a man, probably the royal couple, with a boy, that must be the son, who looked just as old as Raidan. Let me guess, their parents would think they were going to be best friends so they could be the role model of their parents idea: both kingdoms living together as friends. You can call it 'asking a favor of someone' or you can call it 'using your children'. I would go for the second one but the two royal couples would probably prefer the first one. The boy just thought about how annoying it was that parents always expected the best from their children, or better but certainly not less. It was the father who welcomed them with a big smile after which he let them in the big palace. "This is my beautifull wife, Elena," he introduced the woman. She smiled friendly and carefully shaked the hands of the three guests. "And this is..." the father continued but the boy decided that he could introduce himself so he was the one that finished the sentence. "Raidan," he smiled and followed his mothers example with a little bit more self-confidence. "I hope you've had a nice trip," he decided to add after he saw the look of his father that warned him he needed to watch his steps. "Maybe we can go first to the living room and then have a talk?" the man suggested. "Eh, Raidan, what if you take Creon for a little tour through the house?" The boy could have expected that from his father. So predictable but he knew he couldn't refuse without getting into trouble. "Of course, father," he replied politely. "And make sure he gets something to drink." "Of course, something else I can do?" He asked just for the good impression, already knowing thatwas all he needed to do. "No, that's it." Father said, smiling gratefull at his son. Raidan took, as he was asked, Creon with him to a tour through the house. "So, what do you wanna see first?" He asked the boy after they left the elderly behind them in the other room.

‘Come on, son, keep moving,’ Creon’s father ushered him to walk on, causing the boy to snap out of his train of thoughts. ‘Yes, father, I’m sorry,’ he quickly said, then walked a little faster to keep up with his parents. The infectious smile of assumingly the king of the Castillië moved Creon to smile as well, which could be seen as rare. The king almost immediately invited them into the impressive castle. ‘This is my beautiful wife, Elena,’ the king said, after which they all shook hands. ‘It’s a pleasure to meet you, your highness,’ Creon said, just like he was taught. ‘The pleasure is all mine, love,’ the woman smiled at him, obviously a tad surprised by his manners. ‘And this is...’ ‘Raidan,’ the blonde boy cut his father off, something Creon immediately frowned upon, though he let it go. ‘I hope you’ve had a nice trip,’ the boy, Raidan, apparently, said, correcting himself. ‘Maybe we can first go to the living room and than have a talk? Eh, Raidan, what if you take Creon for a little tour through the house?’ Said boy shot a meaningful look to his mother. I did not sign up for this, do I have to? Therese, knowing her son and all his peculiarities, smiled her reassuring smile, comforting his sun and urging him to go along with it. And that’s the reason Creon smiled again, showing he was absolutely okay with it. ‘Of course, father,’ Raidan said with a tone he knew. The tone he used himself as well when he was really just being polite because he wanted his parents to back off and up. ‘And make sure he gets something to drink,’ the king said, now smiling back at Creon. ‘Of course, something else I can do?’ There was that tone again. Knowing he wasn’t the only one using it, made him smile genuinely. ‘No, that’s it.’ That’s it? Creon thought. No ‘thank you’? Well, so much for manners. Again, though, he kept his thoughts to himself, his criticism wasn’t wanted anyways. When Raidan took off, Creon nodded to his parents and the other royals once, then walked rapidly towards the older boy. ‘So, what do you wanna see first?’ Raidan asked cheerfully. Creon thought about that for a moment. ‘Do you have a library?’ he asked. He had always loved books and other ways to expand his knowledge. ‘If you do, I’d like to go there. If you don’t mind, of course,’ Creon said. Even though his parents weren’t around to correct him if he was being rude, he always tried to stay as well-mannered as possible.

Raidan could see the boy think about the question and honestly, he expected a better answer. "The library?" He asked as if he didn't know where the boy was talking about. He couldn't be serious about that, could he? "As in books... like everywhere?" Of course Rai knew what the boy meant but it was just, he couldn't understand why and he accidentely threw out some words that didn't quite fit in the 'behave well' category. "Why the hell do you wanna go there?!" Luckily for the boy, there were no older people that heard him. "I mean," he said, recovering himself from his little outburst," there are so many things that are more fun than books so why would you want to go to the library?" This time the question wasbetter formulated. "But okay, if you want it," he added, remembering the importance of this visit and the fact that if he would ruin it, his parents will probably lock him up in his room for a few years. "You sure you don't wanna go to the... eh, something else?" He tried. The library was kinda his less favourite room in the whole building and there were a lot of rooms and they weren't all that nice. "Or we can go outside or something?" Second, probably hopeless, try. "I'm pretty damn sure indeed," Creon chuckled. Really, could it get any worse? I guess not. It just didn't seem to be his day. "Fine, follow me," he finally gave in. Luckily the library wasn't that far from where they were. Second floor, third door on your right and you walked into the enormous room full of books, books and books. Did I mention there were books? "Go wild," he said missing the enthousiasme the other boy seemed to have. Raidan was still wondering why the boy liked books, especially the old ones were boring, ever noticed that the most of them didn't have nice picture's or something? Just letters on paper.

Creon let Raidan have his little rant about that one place he loved most – because he could be himself, he couldn’t disappoint anybody and he just liked being alone, sometimes – before smiling widely, like some sort of idiot, and chuckling at his attempts to talk him over. ‘You sure you don't wanna go to the... eh, something else? Or we can go outside or something?’ At second thought, he would like to go to the gardens... but, just to tease Raidan, he insisted on going to the library. ‘I’m pretty damn sure indeed,’ he grinned. Normally, he wouldn’t have used a swear word just like that, but now that his parents were gone, he didn’t really care. ‘Fine, follow me.’ From the tone he used and the expression on his face, Creon figured Raidan was kind of annoyed. He didn’t feel sorry, though, he was not one to feel sorry at all and he liked books so screw him. After a short walk, they got to the huge library. When Creon walked in, his jaw dropped and his eyes went wide, amazed by the amount of books they had in here. ‘Go wild,’ Raidan said, but Creon didn’t pay much attention to him at the moment. He walked a few steps inside, gazing around. He spun around to look at the other wall filled with books when he walked away from Raidan and towards another isle. He realised he must’ve looked like a complete idiot, with wide eyes and his mouth open. When he got to the other isle, he spun around again. While walking past the books, Creon let his hand glide over the book covers, trained eyes reading the titles of them all, until one particularly big one caught his attention. ‘May I?’ he asked, getting rather excited. Raidan, who had followed him, nodded, looking very, very bored. Creon smiled thankfully and took the book out, dusting it off a little. He opened it on a random page and read a few words, to qualify the writing style. Then, all of the sudden, a loud detonation echoed through the castle and Creon looked up, turning towards Raidan. ‘What was that?’ he asked quickly after the bang, before putting the book back onto the shelf.

The younger boy looked like he was walking in a chocolateparadise or something like that what the older boy really just couldn't understand. He just followed the kid to be sure he wouldn't do anything what could cause the anger of Rai his parents. Somehow he already knew they wouldn't be angry at the kid but they would give him the blame. At the moment Raidan wanted to ask the boy what he was reading, not that he actually cared but he felt like he needed to say sómething, he heared a sound that couldn't spell something good. "Eh... trouble?" Was the answer he gave the boy because in fact, he just didn't know. It didn't take long before he could here the people scream and then I mean the screams of fear and not the happy 'I'm so happy to see you again' welcoming screams. Staying in the room would probably be safer than going outside where the danger, whatever it might be, was but it was Rai so don't be surprised that he wanted to take a look so he at least knew what was happening. There was just one thing that was holding him back: Creon. I mean, he didn't quite like the boy or something close to that, he barely knew him, but he couldn't leave him here all alone and putting him into danger... he definetely couldn't do that. Hard choice but, because there were a couple of nice people who entered the room with a few weapons, there was suddenly not really a choice left. "Eh... we were just about to go so take whatever you want, enjoy your time and... bye." Thank god that there was another door on the otherside of the room. He took Creon at his arm and while saying the last he word he turned and runned to the, suddenly loved, door. He first pushed Creon through the door after which he followed and quickly closed the door. "Help me put this thing in front of the door." He commanded while pushing a cupboard to the door. That thing should hold them back for a while giving the two boys enough time to get away. "You know how to use a dagger?" This time he asked the boy instead of forcing him to use on. Like, giving a kid a dagger isn't the smartest thing you can do, especially not when the kid doesn't know how to use it. Ah well, he didn't have much choice. Those guys in the library didn't look very friendly and they were with a lot more than two. "Just don't stab yourself... or me." He said before reaching the boy his dagger. At this moment he was really happy he'd never go somewhere without it even though he had his power. That power was after all supposed to be a secret and that's why he promised not to use it in company of other people but he thought it would be better to do use it than to die. Dying isn't really fun, you know?

In a normal situation, there would’ve been a chance Creon had laughed about Raidan’s remark, but the screaming distracted him from that. What the heck was going on here? At first, somewhere in his head, he had considered it might’ve been some sort of weird welcoming thing, but if one of his hosts didn’t even know what it was – taking he was talking the truth – it couldn’t possibly be such thing. The screams scared Creon, to be honest. The boy wasn’t exactly the bravest, not even close to that. Of course, he’d do a lot for his loved ones, but to randomly get his ass into a fight? He wouldn’t even think about it. Suddenly, the doors of the library opened again and Creon looked up, frowning at the unknown, armed people barging inside. The thought of people being in the same room, with weapons, sent shivers down his spine. He had never been a real fan of weapons, nor violence in general. He liked to just work things out on a more mature way, with words and such. ‘Eh, we were just about to go, so take whatever you want, enjoy your time and... bye.’ Another thing that might’ve let Creon laugh under normal circumstances. Then he felt Raidan’s big hand close around his arm. He looked at the slightly older boy and raised an eyebrow, though he didn’t have much time to put up a big fight, since said older started dragging him towards another door Creon himself hadn’t even noticed yet. After shooting a last look at the terrifying, now screaming and gesturing wildly, men, he got pushed into some other room. He almost tripped, though quickly got himself standing steadily again. Loads of questions started forming in his head, as Creon started to panic the slightest bit. But none of them got the chance to ever feel the satisfaction on being answered, for Raidan asked – well, more like commanded – him to help him. Of course, Creon agreed, though not with pleasure. ‘You know how to use a dagger?’ Raidan asked, giving Creon a look of horror. Of course he knew how it worked and all, but he had never actually held it or used it or anything in that direction. ‘Just don’t stab yourself... or me,’ he said, at which Creon couldn’t help but roll his eyes, how stupid did he think he was? Creon took the dagger a bit doubtfully. He firstly took his take to get a good look at it. It looked pretty much the same as it did on pictured in books, hardly any differences were spotted, expect of course for the differences in design. ‘So,’ Creon started softly, close to whispering, ‘what should we do now?’ He shyly looked up at Raidan, feeling a little embarrassed for feeling this scared because of this, considering Rai still looked confident and certain of what he needed to do.

Rai ignored Creon when he rolled his eyes. Okay, it was logical that he didn't need to stab himself but you never know. People can be very stupid. "Oh, and don't lose it because it's quite valuable." It was a present of his dad who got it from his dad and you could go on like this for a while but let's just say it has been with the family for a couple of generations. Besides that it was also his first weapon and if you're wondering: yes, he has more weapons but not really here at the moment. Otherwise he could've sliced those idiots who scared Creon, it was pretty hard to miss that he was scared. "Everything is going to be fine. I'll get you out her safe," he promised the boy. It just felt as if he was the one who needed to comfort the scared boy. He was kinda the only one that was with the boy so he was also the only who could give it a try. Besides, it would be pretty impressive if he could get them both out here and he just liked to impress people. "I am still working on a plan." That was his briliant answer at thequestion of the boy because he didn't really had a plan yet. He was more of the improvising and not of the making a whole plan. Maybe because his plans never went the way he want or maybe because it was just too much thinking. Did you ever realised how much you need to think of when you make a plan? A lot, I can promise you that. 'Let's first get out of here and then hope we'll get outside without dying." Really comforting, Rai... Not that I expected something better from him because somehow he managed to say the wrong things instead of the good things most of the time. "Not that I think we'll die but it's possible... very possible because I don't think those idiots are the only ones. Not that you need to worry! It's just... okay, maybe you should worry but... nevermind. I got it all under controle." So far his comforting words. Maybe it would have been better if he wouldn't have said a word but it's probably too late to shut up now. "Just lets get moving," he said after he started walking to the door that brought them to the hall. "Before those idiots notice there is another way to come in her because then we really would have a problem. I mean, they are with more and they probably all know how to handle a weapon and damn, I really need to stop talking. Sorry. I just... forget what I just said."

He bit his lip, while looking at the dagger. He had never even held a dagger and now he suddenly had to be careful with it? Creon wasn’t clumsy, per se, but he wasn’t sure if the dagger would survive if he actually had to use it, even though it didn’t look like it’d break by every single touch. ‘Everything is going to be fine. I’ll get you out here safe,’ Raidan said. It made Creon smile a little and it actually did help. Even though he was still a little sceptic about his statement, Rai’s confident words made him feel better. He raised his eyebrows at what he said next, though. He was still working on it? What was that supposed to mean? Creon wasn’t sure whether he should feel better, because Rai was working on a plan, or worse, because he didn’t have a plan yet. If this would’ve been his own castle, Creon would probably have already come up with a plan to get away from wherever they were and to his parents or to some guards or something, he knew his castle perfectly. He also knew he’d sound annoying and full of himself if he had pointed this out, so he just stayed silent. The rather confident feeling he had, disappeared completely after Raidan had finished his pep-talk. Creon frowned and bit his lip; he was at a loss for words at the moment. He just walked behind Rai in silence. The young boy didn’t like feeling this helpless, this insecure. He wasn’t used to that feeling. Of course he wasn’t, I mean, he usually just stayed in his own castle and even if he was somewhere else, he never ran into armed men, probably out to kill him. His eyes found their way back to the dagger again. It was beautiful, it almost seemed a sin to use such a gorgeous piece of weaponry. The weapon made him feel a little better, just like Rai’s words had done, but it wasn’t much. He wasn’t sure how to use it, but he had his own little trick on hand, though he hoped not to have to use it. His parents always told him not to show his “ability”, as his parents always called it. Creon had never understood why, though, he wasn’t ashamed of his ability to shift shape, why were they? He felt like it was something to be proud of, but as the well raised lad he was, he never argued about it. Raidan opened the door and gestured for Creon to go through first, but the sight he was met with was not what he had expected. Two of the armed men were standing there and as soon as they noticed who had opened the door, they aimed their gun-like weapons at the two boys. Creon, being the first to walk through, noticed them first. He was about to stumble back because of surprise, but then he realised something; he didn’t have to act like the fragile princess that had to be saved by her lovely prince Charming, he had actually just thought of the perfect solution; his shape shifting. He pushed the dagger back into Rai’s hands. ‘Hold this for me,’ he commanded. Commanding was something he wasn’t used to either, but who cares, if he would have to explain to Raidan what he was going to do, they would probably be dead by the time he was finished. The armed men looked a little surprised when Creon started walking towards them, but they didn’t look scared, so they obviously didn’t notice the change in the young boy’s nails. Within five seconds he had made his short, neat nails grow into six inches long and awfully sharp claws. ‘Stay there,’ one of the men said, now noticing what Creon had done, ‘Do not move.’ Creon just raised an eyebrow at that and smiled innocently, before he lashed out with the claws and hit the men’s hands, causing them to drop the weapons immediately. The men stumbled back a little, staring at Creon with a look of horror, but said boy jumped forward. Without thinking, he had stabbed the man closest to him in his side. ‘Didn’t your mum ever teach you that it’s not polite to stare?’ he asked, still acting rather innocent for someone whose nails are digging in someone’s side. The man then started coughing up blood. Creon, disgusted by the sound, pulled his nails out of the guy and let him fall onto the marble floor. The other guy, the boy now noticed, was running away, yelling for back-up. ‘We should probably start moving,’ Creon said, turning to Raidan.

Just when Rai wanted to walk through the door to follow Creon, his dagger was pushed back in his hands by the boy, causing a confused look on the older boy's face. The fact that there were two armed men, only a few steps away, didn't clear up much either. It was what happened after that, which did explain what the hell Creon thought he was doing, but it also made everything a lot more confusing and left Rai looking like a stunned idiot. He honestly used the whole fight to stare, convince himself that he wasn't hallucinating and to figure out how that was possible or actually, he just tried to figure it out. You couldn't call it a succes, or anything close to that as the older boy had no clue of what really happened with the younger one. Though, it took him less than a second to recover from his confusion, when he heard the boy talking to him. "That is what I call awesome!" Rai said, letting enthousiasm take over, while he ignored Creon's words. "But seriously, how did you do that? I really thought you were just a helpless, little kid or something, but dude, you're a killing machine!" In his outburst he kinda forgot the situation they were in for a few seconds. It wasn't that long, but in their situation you could say that every second counts, therefore they really couldn't waste their time. So the moment Rai realized that he was wasting their precious time, he shut up and grinned a bit ashamed because of his overreacted behaviour. "Sorry, you're right. We better keep moving." Halfway his second sentence he already started walking again, trying to avoid Creon's look, while he decided he would pretend that his outburst never happened, way too emberassing. "You coming?" he asked without looking behind or slowing down. He searched his way through the labyrint of hallways, doing his best to avoid the armed intruders and once in a while quickly looking behind to check if Creon was still following him. Unfortunately, the last thing almost caused him walking into a group intruders. "Wrong way!" It took him only a few seconds to get back to the other boy and grab him by his wrist to drag him along for the second time today. The running actually started to get pretty annoying, but unfortunately they didn't have much of a choice. It was running or fighting and the last would probably include dying as well, because it was two against a lot or in other words, they were screwed. "Any great ideas?" he asked, shortly looking behind to make himself understood without walking into anything or anyone again. "Great powers that can kill them al at once would do as well?" It was a hopeless try, but at this point he was willingly to try almost everything since he rather lived than died. Therefore, it made him feel really relieved when he saw the steel door that led to one of his favorite rooms. "This way!" he said getting a bit enthousiastically again. "I have a plan." The smile on his face probably said enough about how his plan would end for those bastards behind them. He only needed to open the door to reveal the huge training room made of nothing but metals. The look of it made him smile and relax a bit, as he knew it would give them a small chance again. He didn't have much time to thank his precious room though, because the bastards couldn't be far away. "Go trough that door and stay there untill I say you can come back," he commanded, while he pointed at the only thing in the room that wasn't made of any metals. The small room behind it would be the only safe place for Creon when he executed his plan. He saw the boy dissapear behind the door and it was a matter of seconds before the intruders replaced his attendance. The few seconds they needed to cross the space between the door and Rai, were enough for him to simply place his flat hand on the floor, activate his power and let the metal do the rest. The electricity searched its way out of Rais body, through the metal to whatever it could reach, making sure the victims suffered before their bodies collapsed and stopped moving.

After Rai's little outburst, Creon suddenly realised what he had done. He stared at the dying man on the ground in disgust for a minute, but he wasn't disgusted by the blood that was still pouring out of the man's side, he was disgusted by himself; he had killed this guy so easily, almost too easily. Of course, he was only defending Rai and himself, but still, he couldn't help but feel bad. What if the man had a wife, children, a family? What if he was forced to do this and didn't even want it? Maybe he killed an innocent man, someone who had never done anything wrong. He was thankful that Rai pulled him from his thoughts, as he was close to trying to heal the guy on the floor. He didn't use that power often, because it was exhausting and took a lot of time, so if he had decided it was better to help him, they probably would've been caught before he was even finished. Creon looked at the man one last time, but then turned around and followed Rai. He tried his best not to think about what he'd done, he tried to justify his deed, but his guilt didn't fade. If anything, it got worse. Apparently a bunch of intruders was needed to get him to think about something else, like escaping without getting killed himself. Rai's question made him raise an eyebrows; he already felt bad about killing one guy, he could never kill a whole bunch of them. Thank goodness Rai seemed to have a plan, before Creon had to do anything else. He didn't like to get commanded any more than getting dragged to places, but there was no time to protest, so he just did what was asked. Once inside, he did get a little scared again. He had no idea what was going on outside the room. For all he knew, Rai could get killed while he was in there, by himself. Creon was apparently supposed to have faith in a plan he didn't know the first thing about, which was pretty hard for the boy. It took him everything he had to stop himself from opening the door and finding out what was going on in the other room, but Rai's orders were pretty clear and he was probably in danger if he opened the door, so he better keep it closed. It felt like centuries, before Rai called for him. He quickly opened the door and stepped out, curious to see if his plan had worked. Rai was still alive, so it probably had. As soon as he had opened the door and stepped in the other room, his eyes widened. The floor was littered with bodies, probably dead bodies. Creon was now even more curious as to what his plan was. How could he have killed so many of them in so little time? “H-how did you do that?” he asked, sounding very surprised. He also suddenly realised that he really shouldn't get on Rai's bad side, now that he knew what he could do. He started walking towards one of the men, but stopped before he could see his face. He would probably never admit it, but he was afraid of what he might see; he already didn't feel very well after he had killed the guy, he wasn't sure whether he could handle a lot more blood and other gore images or not. He then turned away from the body and back to Rai. “And what are we supposed to do now? Are there any more here? And where are our parents?” He suddenly had a lot of questions, but tried not to panic, which failed miserably. They had some time to escape now, but where could they go? If there were any more of those guys in the castle, they were probably screwed; they were only with two, and even though they both had their little tricks, they were outnumbered, they would never be able kill every single one of them. And even if they did get away unharmed, they had nowhere to go. They couldn't go to Creon's castle, that was way too far and Creon couldn't think of anything besides that, so unless they found their parents and the guards, they were hopelessly screwed.

Rai's look turned to the younger boy, who walked into the room with all the dead bodies. It must look terrible, at least, and he didn't know how the boy would react at it, but it wasn't as if they had so much of a choice. Besides, this might have bought them some time, but he was sure it wasn't much. "Doesn't matter," he answered shortly, because he actually wanted to leave as soon as possible again and he didn't really feel like explaining how he killed several men within seconds. "We are supposed to get out of here, because there are probably more here yes," he said to the boy and grabbed him by his arm, so he was sure he wouldn't lose him. At the same moment Rai wanted to start walking, he felt how the boy pulled his arm back to loosen it out of Rai's grip. "What the hell was that?!" He could hear the boy say, or more shout, surprised before he could turn around to see what was going on. Nevertheless, it didn't took long before he realised what the boy was talking about and that made him immdeiately feel guilty. He didn't mean to give the boy an electrical shock, but he should have known that it would happen, as he touched the boy way too soon after his little attack. He knew how his power worked and that it always took some time before his power really worked off after he used it. "I am so sorry!" He said taking a step back now as well, so he was sure it wouldn't happen again. "I really didn't mean to do that," he continued his apology. "Are you alright? Not that you not look alright or anything, you look kind of good I guess, but… that is not really what I wanted to say. What I meant to say was that-" "Okay, I get it, you're sorry, now stop talking. We have no time for this, we have to keep moving." Rai looked a bit confused to the younger boy, who just interupted him. "Yeah, I guess you're right, sorry, I'll shut up from now on. Now I'm apologizing again, sorr- nevermind. I'll really shut up now, promise." A smile appeared on his face, when he ended the last sentence. This time he walked out of the room, without taking Creon with him, because he wasn't planning to make the same mistake twice. The boy would probably follow him anyway and he just needed to be extra careful that he wouldn't lose him. That's all. Things got a lot more complicated when he stepped out of the room and felt a hand wrap around his arm. "Hé!" He shouted, surprised by the sudden appearance of the men. His power seemed to activate itself, out of self-defense. The strangest thing about it all, was that it didn't seem to effect the man who was holding him at all and before he could really do something, he felt a dagger pushing softly against his throat. "Take him away from the room and be careful," someone commanded and the man immediately did what was said to him, not in a very gentle way I can tell. He tried to figure out a way to escape, but he had a strong feeling that the dagger and he would get very close to eachother, if he would make a move and that wasn't something he looked forward to. If he could electrocute the damn guy, he might have been able to get away, but, he just figured out, the guy was wearing rubber gloves, so he was safe from getting electrocuted, sadly enough.

On one hand, he did really want to know how Rai did it, but on the other hand he agreed that it didn't matter, they had to get out of here. What they were going to do after they got out still bothered him, but the priority was their safety. When Rai grabbed his arm again, he already opened his mouth to tell him that he didn't really appreciate the dragging, but something else entirely came out. Immediately when he had felt the shock, he pulled his arm back, staring at his wrist and Rai's hand in surprise. He thought he already knew the answer, but he wanted to hear it come from his mouth, he needed him to confirm it. He didn't, though, so he still wasn't sure about it, even though it was pretty obvious. It was his ability and it was probably what he had used to kill all those intruders. His apologies were very kind, of course, but eventually he had enough of them. They still had to get out, and apologizing was kind of useless right now. If his parents had been around, they would've gone completely mad. First their only son killed someone, then he swore multiple times and now he was even interrupting others. He couldn't care less at the moment, though, they weren't there anyway. Before he could tell Rai to shut up again, he already did. Creon was glad he did, he always felt kind of bad when being rude to people; his parents had been really strict while raising him. Creon followed Rai towards the door, glad he didn't get dragged there again. He was already thinking about where they could go again, when Rai's voice caught his attention. As soon as he heard the shout, he knew they were in trouble. Something inside of him wanted to slam the door shut and run back to the room he was in before, hoping that room had a lock, but he couldn't abandon his host just like that, he had to at least try to help him. When he stepped through the door as well, he quickly found out he was right about the being in trouble thing. A couple of the intruders were dragging Rai away from the room, while some other stayed back, probably to deal with Creon. “Hey!” the younger boy yelled, “Let go of him!” Without actually realising it, his nails began to grow again, but before he could change anything else about his body, the men aimed their guns at him. “Stop that, or we'll kill both of you,” one of them said. He wasn't yelling or anything, but the tone was clear enough; they were serious. Creon's eyes shot towards Rai, who seemed unable to do anything because of the dagger against his throat. He could try change into something that would be able to take them all out and hope that his accelerated healing would help him withstand the bullets for a while, but he couldn't risk getting Rai killed, and he wouldn't last long either. After having hesitated for a bit longer, he gave up. He knew he could never make it, there were too many of them and he was pretty much alone. He shot Rai an apologetic look, after which he sighed and let his nails shrink back to normal size. Even though he knew it was impossible to get them both out alive and unharmed, he felt kind of guilty, like he should have at least tried to free them. He just hoped Rai wouldn't get angry at him. The intruders seemed to relax a little more, as they nodded at him. “Good choice, kid. Would've been a shame if we had to hurt either of you,” one of them, the same that had spoke to him before, said. Creon just glared at him with the most hateful look he could muster. “Now let him go,” he demanded, referring to Rai. The men seemed to doubt a little, but at least they took the dagger off his throat. They did keep a hold on him though, apparently he was too much of a threat. Creon sighed again, as two of the intruders walked over to him, took a hold of his upper arms and guided him towards where Rai was held as well. The younger boy just stared at the ground, too embarrassed to face Rai. He was embarrassed of the fact that he didn't even try, he was ashamed that he was too scared to help him, too selfish. “I'm sorry,” he whispered, when he was close enough to Rai, still avoiding his look.
